繋がってるよ

大丈夫。いつでも誰かと繋がってる。

気が付かないだけ猫たちは、ただ遊んでいるだけに見える瞬間でも、実は安心や信頼の表現をしていることがあります。
紐をしっかり押さえて離さない猫は、「ここにあるから大丈夫」と言っているよう。
横で口を開けている猫は、少し抜けているようで、でも実は「ここにいるから安心して」と伝えているのかもしれません。

私たち人間も同じです。
孤独に思えるときも、気づかないだけで、必ず誰かと繋がっています。
家族や友人、過去の思い出、あるいは見えない優しさに支えられています。

「大丈夫」。
猫たちの何気ない姿が、そう教えてくれるように思いました。

t’s okay. We’re always connected to someone.

We just don’t realize it.

Even when cats look like they’re simply playing, sometimes they’re expressing trust and comfort.
The cat holding the string tightly seems to say, “Don’t worry, it’s right here.”
And the one with its mouth open may look a little silly, but perhaps it’s saying, “I’m here with you, so you’re safe.”

Humans are the same.
Even in moments when we feel lonely, we are always connected to someone—we just don’t notice it.
Family, friends, memories, or unseen kindness are quietly supporting us.

“It’s okay.”
That’s what the cats, in their simple gestures, seem to tell us.
